Terms of Payment

Please note the following terms and conditions related to the payment of fees for services provided by MSG Gas & Heating Solutions:

 

(a) Unless otherwise agreed, all fees must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date, and no deductions or counterclaims will be accepted.

 

(b) If payment is not received within 30 days of the invoice date, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount. The interest rate will be either the rate payable on judgment debts or 4% per annum over the base rate of Barclays Bank, whichever is lower. In addition, all other outstanding fees will become immediately due and payable.

 

(c) We reserve the right to recover any costs incurred in the collection of overdue payments.

 

(d) We will retain all documents related to any matter until all invoices are paid in full.

 

(e) If any invoice is overdue for payment, we may stop work on all matters until payment is received.

 

(f) If you believe that the fees charged are unreasonable, you must notify us within 21 days of receipt of the invoice. Failure to do so will be deemed as acceptance of the payment due.

 

(g) Please note that our fees do not include any bank charges associated with international bank transfers. If you are paying from a non-UK bank account, please ensure that you accept and pay all related bank charges. We reserve the right to recover any outstanding balance on your account for bank charges deducted from the gross payment expected to be received.
